No.36 Winter Sky

The Ocean Moods studies continues with the WINTER SKY edition of the OM series. Inspired by the many moods of mother ocean along the Gulf of Mexico in NW Florida where I live and work. I call this place my slice of paradise with it's turquoise water and sugar white sand. Every day there's a beautiful sunrise and sunset assuring I'll never run out of inspiration. The "studies" were created to allow me to move quickly through the painting process while testing new ideas about the evolution of the Ocean Moods series and are inspiration for larger scale paintings.
